A. I've never even heard of college rankings. A few colleges will have a valedictorian, but none of the schools I've attended did any more in the way of rankings. Besides, I can't imagine a grad school in, say, physics comparing your grades against someone who majored in art. Your GPA, test scores, letters of recommendation, and experience are what matter.

Q. I'm writing a story and I need to establish some sort of ranking for the king's military. It is set in a fantasy world in a fantasy time which is similar to medieval times. The rank is not that important. I just need to know what the titles of some characters will be. The ranking does not have to be accurate, it just needs to sound good. Q. Based on the US news and ranking, I noticed under the National-Doc that there isn't a tier 2 section. I am somehow presuming that its those that rank 51 to 124? I notice that the 2nd tier is clearly defined under liberal arts and bachelor.
